One of the things I love most about mindfulness is the sense of freedom it brings. It’s like giving yourself full permission to slow down, take a breath, and just be.

Not needing to fix anything.

Not needing to do anything perfectly.

Just arriving as you are.

But I know from personal experience thatit’s not always easy to get into that space, especially when life feels loud, noisy and busy. Sometimes we need a little help creating a moment that feels sacred. That’s why I created these Meditation Art Experiences.

I wanted to make something that’s easy and accessible for anyone, no matter where you’re at with meditation or your mindfulness journey.

Whether you’ve been doing this for years or you’re just starting to explore, this little bundle is something you can make completely your own.

It’s a sensory experience, one you can feel, smell, taste, listen to, and see, that helps bring you back to yourself.

What Is Mindfulness?

For me, mindfulness is really about being present.

It’s the practice of slowing down enough to notice your breath, your body, and what’s happening in this moment, without rushing to fix or change anything and without judgement.

It’s about coming back to yourself with gentleness and curiosity.

It's also about compassion and gentle observation in the now.

Whether you call it grounding, presence, or self-awareness, mindfulness is a way to feel more connected to yourself and your world, no matter what’s going on around you.

Why I Created These Meditation Art Experiences

When I first started creating art through Empath Designs, I was just beginning to understand what mindfulness really meant to me. I was exploring mandalas at the time, drawn to their symmetry and the sense of balance they seemed to bring.

As I learned more about their symbolism and history, I felt inspired to make them in my own style. That opened the door to deeper studies around spiritual concepts, chakras, and energy healing.

At the same time, I was going through my own personal healing. I used to experience sleep paralysis, and it was terrifying. But I found that reciting affirmations and mantras helped me get through it (though there's more to this experience, a story for another post).

Over time, these small, mindful practices became part of my everyday life, and they changed everything. I realised mindfulness wasn’t just something I did, it was something I lived. And my art became a part of that journey too.

I created these meditation art experiences because I wanted to offer something more than just a meditation kit or mindfulness gift box. This is a personal ritual — an experience that supports your spiritual self-care in a way that feels grounding and easy.

Every one of us is in a different season of life. That’s why I’ve made it easy to choose the experience that resonates most with where you’re at.

Each Meditation Art Experience is themed around chakra balancing and energy healing. You can choose from 7 different intentions, each connected to a specific chakra and theme, offering the perfect self-care gift for yourself or a spiritual friend.

Which Kit Feels Right for You?

I’ve put together three different meditation experiences so you can choose what fits best for your practice (or the person you’re gifting it to!):

Awakening Experience
This is the starter bundle. You’ll receive the essential oil, chakra crystal and guided meditation. It’s perfect if you’re just getting started or want something simple to ease into.

Elevated Experience
This includes everything in the Awakening Experience plus the herbal tea. It’s ideal if you’re looking to deepen your practice.

Expansive Experience
The full sensory experience. You’ll get everything — art print, tea, oil, crystal, wooden disc, and guided meditation. Plus Palo Santo and a Selenite rod to support cleansing and energetic clearing. This one’s for those ready to create a rich, immersive ritual.

Each chakra meditation kit is a multi-sensory experience designed to support your mindfulness practice and chakra balancing. 

Each kit includes different tools, depending on which experience you choose. Here’s a look at what you may find inside.

How to Use Your Meditation Kit (As a Personal Prescription for Peace)

There’s no one-size-fits-all here. This is your practice, and you get to make it your own. My biggest encouragement? Follow what feels good FOR YOU

This isn’t a step-by-step process. It’s a gentle offering of ideas to support you in creating a ritual that feels nourishing, personal, and just right for you. Some days you may explore everything in your kit; other days, it might be one simple thing. Let your intuition guide the way.

Whether you’ve chosen the Awakening, Elevated, or Expansive experience, here’s a simple guide to help you create a moment of calm and connection.


✧ Set the Scene

Find a space where you feel comfortable and at ease. It could be your favourite cozy chair, your meditation corner, or a quiet spot in the sun. If you like, dim the lights, light a candle, or play calming music. Put your phone on silent, this is your time.

If you have Palo Santo in your kit (Expansive Experience), you might enjoy burning a little to clear the energy in your space before you begin.


✧ Ground Yourself

Hold your crystal tumblestone in your hand. Feel its weight and texture. Let it remind you that you are here, present, and safe.


✧ Breathe in Calm

Add a few drops of your essential oil (included in all kits) to your diffuser. Or simply inhale the scent from the bottle, or place a drop on your wrists (patch test first). Take a slow, deep breath. Feel the air move in and out.


✧ Sip and Soften

If your kit includes herbal tea (Elevated + Expansive), brew yourself a cup. Sip slowly and allow each mouthful to bring you into the moment. Feel the warmth in your hands, the aroma, the taste.


✧ Connect with the Art

If you have the Meditation Art Print (Expansive Experience), gaze softly at the mandala. Let your eyes trace the lines and shapes, or close your eyes and visualise it in your mind’s eye. Feel into the energy of the artwork, the flower and the chakra it represents.


✧ Touch for Focus

Gently trace your thumb along the wooden chakra disc (Elevated + Expansive Experience). Feel the carving under your skin. Some people find this calming and grounding, like a gentle anchor into the present moment. You could also drop a few drops of essential oil onto the disc and smell it.


✧ Listen and Receive

Pop on your headphones and press play on the Guided Meditation (included in all kits). Let yourself be guided. There’s no right or wrong way to listen. Sit or lie down, eyes open or closed — whatever feels good.


✧ Affirm Your Intentions

If you have the Bonus Affirmations (Expansive Experience), read through them and see if one speaks to you today. You might like to say it aloud, write it in a journal, or keep it close by as a gentle reminder.
