The core message that came to me when working with Scarab was about Connection.

Our connection between our external and inner worlds..
Our connection with our spirit and body..
Our connection between us and the Divine..

When we can recognise that these mirrors are merely a connection of the same One, that the One resides within us, that we are whole and One.. 

That is when we are able to harness our power to live our potential for our purpose.

For existence is merely a never-ending cycle of life and death.
